Mutual Aid

  • Mutual aid is abolitionist: no policing of each other. The systems are to blame, not the people.

  • We center folks affected by oppressive systems, who know what they need.

  • Direct cash giving is most effective.

  • Everyone has something to offer.

  • Everyone has something they need.

  • We are accountable to the community while keeping recipients completely anonymous.

  • We network & collaborate with others doing mutual aid & community care.

  • We learn as we go; perfectionism is not welcome here.
